It was at the end of the episode SOFT TOUCH (May, 2000) where that "In Memory of" was seen. I don't know about another episode. And who was Howard Weiss?

]The episode BEST MAN (January 1999) was part of CBS's Tailgate Monday. Kevin and Ray Romano hosted the night, both rooting for the New York Jets, and promoting the NFL's AFC playoffs on CBS. The "Tailgate Monday" came in a great time since the New York Jets advanced to the AFC Championship Game the previous day. Man, I wish I had been watching King of Queens when it began. I would have loved to see things like that!!!

I had no idea the show LADIES MAN aired before King of Queens before it was canceled? I loved Ladies Man. I have it on DVD. It starred Sharon Lawrence who happened to work with Leah!!!

I researched his name the other day and couldn't come up with anything. He may have had some connection with the show for which didn't show in the credits.

Just found this out today but some of you may know this concerning a KOQ guest star :

Charles Rocket

(August 24, 1949 – October 7, 2005) was an American film and television actor, notable for his tenure as a cast member on Saturday Night Live as well as for his appearances as the villain Nicholas Andre in the film Dumb and Dumber and Adam, the Angel of Death, in the series Touched by an Angel. He was found dead on October 7, 2005. His manner of death was ruled as suicide.

But he made frequent guest appearances on many popular television programs in the early 1990s and early-to-mid 2000s, including Quantum Leap, Wings, The King of Queens

There was more but this covers his appearance on KOQ'S.
He was in the mold episode. Not sure on the title.

Ryan, wow, it's the first I'm hearing the story of his death, too. This is the guy who gave me my name, "Mrs. Doug". He played Steve, the mold guy from the episode Steve Moscow (Season 5 from 2003). He got Doug drunk on Russian vodka, had him entertain the mold workers with the robot dance, and Steve got into an argument with Arthur about communism. It's also the episode where we hear Carrie use the expression "That is unacceptable" quite a few times, and it's a line I now use in real life on a regular basis! I love the end of the episode when Carrie finally gets a chance to tell off the mold workers using the line "that's when the real woop ass begins" while Doug sits in a chair in the backyard looking so proud and happy with her.
