Yea I know forget about Kobe/Lebron the networks would market and have a fit over that matchup like its the new Bird/Magic rivalry

Man Lebron saved the Cavs season yesterday. they were a wrist flick away from being down 0-2. Lebron saved their ass big time.

I agree down 3-1 I dont think Lebron can pull this one off... he's got a bunch of scrubs around him.

I cant help but laugh at the NBA/ESPN and all their advertisement partners for hyping up Lebron vs. Kobe months before it even happened.. They deserve for this to get blown in their face.

Well its all set the Magic vs. The Lakers in the NBA Finals this year. The Cleveland curse continues.... I think Magic will be a tough match for the lakers, like they were for Cleveland. They won the season series 2-0.

Im gonna say Magic wins this series in 7 games.

Wow a Major trade has happened in the past 24 hours... Shaq has got traded from the Phoenix Suns to the Cleveland Cavaliers.. Wow.. if you think the media was getting horny and excited with the hype over Lakers vs. Cavs this season.. next season is gonna be worse..

Kobe vs. Lebron, Kobe vs. Shaq.. Who will get the last laugh?

It should be interesting though, because I dont see Shaq fitting into Clevelands system too well. Lebron drives to the lane alot of the time but he might not be able to get to the basket as much now that Shaq will be clogging up the whole lane.. and probably half the front court. Great Trade on paper.. but I think its not gonna be as good as some might hope or think it will. If this was 5 years ago Cleveland would be handed the Championship right now.. but Im very skeptical on this whole trade.

Bingo...the media acts like this is the Shaq of long ago. It isnt ! He didnt help a team that had guys like Nash, Bell, Stoudamire etc so I dont see him helping a team with mainly Lebron and not much else. They may have been better helped to try and get Stoudamire instead.

Yea it would of made more sense making that trade for Stoudamire or even Chris Bosh, even though these Mother Canuckers up here wouldnt like losing Chris Bosh. Shaq should of honestly retired when he won his last ring with Wade, that would of been a perfect way to go out.

Another Trade happen a couple days ago, Vince Carter has gotten traded from the Nets to the Orlando Magic.. how this could be a really great move or just a good move depending on if Turkalou resigns with Orlando this offseason if he does, I think we have a good chance at seeing a Lakers/Magics final rematch in 2010.

LA just signed Artest ! Talk about reloading...I think Artest will help them more than Shaq helps Lebron because LA has more than Kobe.

Looks like those rumors a few months ago about Slick Rick Pitino maybe interested in NBA job(S) were possibly true as he almost assuredly knew everything was going to blowup in his face as it is now.
U of L acts like it is behind him but the media is ripping him pretty good.
If this was Uof L's football coach, I am sure he would have done been fired but with Rick's success, he will have a longer leash !
