Sorry, but I think my severe dislike of Adam Sandler got in the way of my enjoyment. I also don't think it was one of the best written episodes I've ever seen. I did enjoy the scenes with Jerry Stiller and his daughter.

I gotta tell ya, i just rewatched the ep. and I really like it.
Sometimes it takes a couple of viewings to catch everything.

It is very disappointing to read the word "hate" and have it be associated
with the KoQ.

Some of us are extra sensitive on this because we have been through many of the board wars over the last couple of years.
Leah bashing, KoQ bashing, etc..
It gets very old after awhile.

I try very hard to just roll with it anymore. But, I feel the need to speak out sometimes.

My favorite show EVER is going to be ending soon. Some of us have a very deep attachment to this show.
We have started petitions, signed petitions, mailed petitions, started a myspace page, mailed CBS, etc...

I realize some people don't like the show, some like the show, and some love the show.
Everyone is entitled to their opinion! Just keep in mind there are only a few eps. left!!
We should be celebrating this show and trying to stay away from all the negativity!!!!

At the end of the day, it is only a television show. It just happens to be the one I love more than any other. :biggrinking: :biggrinking: :biggrinking:

I have to tell you JP that I agree with what you said above totally. When I first saw the show last night I didn't hate it but I didn't love it because lets face it I love KoQ so much that I could NEVER hate an episode. However, it wasn't one of my favorites episodes mainly because I don't like when Carrie and Doug have seperate stories. Don't get me wrong they don't have to be together every second of every episode but I like when their stories entertwin and Carrie and Doug interact more. And they include Arthur, Deacon, Danny and Spenc within that. I mean that is what makes KoQ IMO. Well, that didn't happen last night which is why I wasn't thrilled with the episode. They all had their own seperate storylines.

That being said I did watch the show again and although it still isn't my favorite episode or even in my top 150 episodes it was a very well written episode. There were great one liners and it was very funny. I thought that Kevin was great with Adam Sandler, very funny together, and I loved the interaction between Carrie and Arthur. There were some great one liners like Arthurs " You look like someone that would annoy me!" and "I gotta tell ya hon, that face is gonna put us back in the bedroom." :laughing out loud: Plus the ones between Spenc and Danny. Especially the one at the end "Well, I gotta tell ya. I didn't seen this comming!" :laughing out loud:

ya know JP? i agree 100% with everything you just said. the people over at the KJ boards have no idea. i just can't comprehend why everyone is bashing when all we have left is a few more! the reign is almost over! and what if KJ or Leah just happen to read the boards today and see that? :(

i just gotta say, tonight's episode was great. and am i the only one who likes and thinks adam sandler is hilarious and great? :laughing out loud:

jp, you're right! I should not have used the word "hate", but in my defense I said "kinda hate". I agree with everything you said here, and I will make more of an effort to savor and appreciate ALL of the final episodes. I'm afraid I let my dislike of "you know who" cloud my judgment somewhat. Looking back, there were many funny lines, but it just wasn't one of my favorite episodes ever.

I shall forever refrain from using the term "hate" or "kinda hate".
