i just wanted to post a quick dedicating to harry kalas (the phillies announcer) who passed away yesterday. for all of you who do or even don't know who that is, please take the time to read this:

I remember catching his voice when I was watching a Braves/Phillies game a few years ago I think on an internet broadcast. He was definitely a master of his craft and one of the best ever. I know exactly how Phillie Fans feel because around this time last year The Braves lost our long time announcer Skip Carrey who use to Broadcast The Brave games on TBS and on the radio.

Hate to hear about this passing... Baseball again has lost another great.

Yes Tatas....Kalas had A VOICE. You got one of his phrases that he was famous for. Also had such a distinct voice on pronouncing names.
He will truly be missed !! :(

I'm not a Philly fan but I do know who he is Condolonces go out to his family
leaving so close to Philly I would be ashamed if i didnt, plus watching the games on the east coast you would have to know him!:laughing out loud:
