Heff, thought I would post your story and pic here. :D

From Heffervesence15:

I went to the taping tonight and it was amazing. It was an hilarious show and I could not have asked for more. I don't want to ruin it for anyone so I am only going to say that Doug, Carrie, Deacon, and Danny were the only major characters involved in this episode. I was bummed that there was no Jerry. It was about half-way through the taping when Roger the fluffer/inbetween takes comedian was called over to the railing by a very nice lady who I owe a million thanks to, Ms. Spooner (I think her first name was Christie). She told him to ask if there was a Heffervesence15 in the audience. I raised my hand and went down to the area he was standing and he gave me a cool KOQ coffee mug. Then when I thought that things could not have gotten cooler Ms. Spooner came to my seat and asked if I woud come and meet her after the taping. I did and she handed me a script and took me and my girlfriend to meet the cast. I met Victor first and he could not have been nicer, he signed my script and took a picture with me, and talked with me for a few minutes. Then the best part came, me and my girlfriend were able to sit in the living room on the couch and in the kitchen at the table, I got pictures of that. Then she took me around and introduced me to Kevin, Leah, and Gary. They all signed my script, took pictures with me, and talked for a few minutes. They were all great, nice, gratious, and funny. Michelle was very right...Leah is back to her old self and looks very attractive (as always). I really want to thank Ms. Spooner and the other lady who was just as nice and welcoming for giving me this expierience. I am very grateful, THANK YOU! I asked her how she knew I was there and why she did this and she said that she had a very slow day at work and was just reading the (Sony) board and she came across the posts that I wrote about coming just for the show. So our question is answered, important people do read the board. I will post the pics, as soon as I find out how to. This was an amazing night, everyone was so nice, the ladies, the cast, the audience. I will definatley never forget this. This was so worth the trip across the U.S..

Hey, that is great, you lucky dog.

Yup Leah looks great, but you know what...when she still had that "post-pregnancy" weight, I still thought she looked beautiful. Like her husband, I am Puerto Rican (and from the Bronx..like her husband), and ;) we like our women with meat on "dem bones". And their little girl is sooo adorable, when I showed my brother the picture of Leah with Lil Sofia, he said she is so cute you just want to nibble her little cheek. I'd have to agree, LOL.

I was going to visit L.A. last Fall on my vacation. One of the places I was going to check out was their restaurant ("Vivian's Cafe"), but I caught the flu and spent it in bed :( Oh well, maybe next year.

Did you get a chance to check it out?

I didn't get to check it out! It is alot further away from the studio and tourist-ie places in L.A. than you would think! I really wanted to see it. When I go back, I am definatley eating there!:(

I am checking out "Vivians" over Thanksgiving this year. Bringing my family across the Pacific ocean and staying at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel in downtown L.A. Don't know how far it is from the hotel but plan on eating there on Wed. 22nd or friday the 24th.

Does anyone have any favorites they can recommend....? I looked at the menu and see Angelo's favorite, but is there a Leah favorite?
is there a Sofia favorite? maybe my 9 month old son would enjoy it....

Here's a link where you can read some reviews about Vivian's (http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguide-2810803-vivian_s_cafe_los_angeles-i)
Apparently, no reservations needed. But you may encounter long lines.

BLF, you've been there, go write a review when you get a chance. ;)

You know Michelle, she makes things up.
She once tried to convince me that Donnie Iris was like 80. :laughing out loud:
