I don't remember ANY of them being on the show either. The one that was on the show (from DougLess Part 1) was the one about the pants and 1982, but they got the quote wrong, so technically it wasn't on the show.

Hey DC, that is very deceiving because of the new rules. ;)
Ebay incorporated new rules for rating and that hurt ours. We dont like it but there is nothing we can do about it.

DC, I know you put JK , but I am going to try to explain this for the benefit of everyone.
I have received one negative and two neutrals with a score of currently 202.

One of the neutrals was some glass that arrived to buyer and some had broke along the way. We encourage insurance on these since we have to rely on the postal service to be careful which may not always be the case. The buyer wanted a full refund but he wouldnt purchase the insurance for glassware. We said we would give partial refund unless he returned the whole product. He got mad because he wanted a full refund without returning product (becasue he wanted to keep the majority of pieces which arrived fine)and gave us a negative.

Then the one negative occurred when a relativley new ebayer bought some tins and in the process of being delivered, some tins were bent. Well, what got me was the buyer "never" contacted us saying what had happened, instead just gave us a negative.
I emailed them and told them if they would have told us what happened we would have gladly made it right. They , being new, apologized but the damage was done.

Even with those instances, my feedback was 99.3 %.

However several months ago, ebay changed their rating system to where a negative and a neutral both count as a negative. :(

That is stupid because as I described , one the buyer was being unreasonable and the other , the buyer was new and didnt know exact process to take. Because of this, our new score shows 97.9.

Alot of people can look at the score as you did DC, and think "wow they must be shady" when in all actuality, the system screwed us big time. It has cost us business I am sure but again, what can you do ? :dontgetit:
